AJC on the Road to Arbitration

On October 7, 2011, the AJC filed its request for arbitration with the Public Service Labour Relations Board (PSLRB). The request was made after the AJC and Treasury Board reached an impasse over the renewal of the LA Collective Agreement, which expired on May 9, 2011.

We have prepared an Arbitration Toolkit for you which includes:

- Frequently Asked Questions and Answers
- AJC and Treasury Board Summary and Comparison Chart
- Official Arbitration Forms Filed by AJC and Treasury Board

These documents transparently lay out what each side´s proposals and counters are, and answer the most essential questions you have as we make our way on the road to arbitration. We strongly encourage you to use the Arbitration Toolkit.

Please do not hesitate to contact the AJC Negotiations Team if you have any questions.
