This is a reminder that the second Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Association of Justice Counsel will be held at the Albert at Bay hotel in Ottawa, "Seasons" meeting room, on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 19:00, daylight saving time. Registration starts at 6pm.
Please arrive early in order to register in time for the beginning of the AGM.
For those unable to attend in person, you are invited to join the meeting by way of live or recorded webcast.
Click here to register for the webcast. Those joining the live webcast are encouraged to
register at least two hours before the AGM to ensure a live feed. The recorded webcast is expected to be made available by 9 am EDT, April 4, 2013.
Please ensure that you read in advance of the meeting the
extensive materials available online. If attending in person, please note that only limited copies of materials will be made available and that you will be required to show ID. You can access on line
all the questions that will appear on the ballots so that you may cross-reference with the AGM materials as appropriate in advance of the meeting.
The AJC bylaws require that you be a member in good standing (Registered Member) of the AJC in order to exercise your right to participate and vote at the AGM. While you pay dues to the AJC and have completed the employer´s consent form at the time of hire or during the certification process, you are not a registered member unless you complete the AJC´s
