DOJ and AJC Settle Unfair Labour Practice Complaint

The DOJ and AJC are pleased to announce that the parties have settled their differences in relation to a recent unfair labour practice complaint.

To this end, the DOJ and AJC discussed the flow of information and mutual consultation between them.  The DOJ and AJC are committed to the principles of effective consultation on workplace issues.  The DOJ and AJC also agree that timely and accurate exchanges of information are an important component of effective consultation.  The DOJ and AJC have also agreed upon a mutually satisfactory mechanism to jointly promote the sharing of information and meaningful consultation.
