2012 Budget Cuts Forces DOJ To Give Notice To 95 Federal Lawyers in the NCR

AJC Says Move Harms Public Interest, Will Support Members

Earlier today, the Department of Justice issued notice letters to 95 federal lawyers pursuant to the Workforce Adjustment Directive. These affected AJC members work within the Aboriginal Affairs Portfolio, Legislative Services Branch, Management Sector and Business and Regulatory Law Portfolio. We are further advised the positions are all located within the NCR.
