Join Our Campaign to Help Defeat the Infringing Provisions of Bill C-59

MPs and Senators Should Protect Canadians' Charter Rights

Association of Justice Counsel (AJC) President, Len MacKay, has written to federal MPs and Senators, seeking their support to rescind Division 20 of Bill C-59 on the basis that it violates Canadians' constitutionally protected right to collectively bargain.

C-59 is an attack on your bargaining rights, as Len highlights in his recent blog.

THE AJC NEEDS YOU!  To all Canadian citizens and in particular to all AJC members, all of you who value our constitutional rights, please show your support by downloading and sending the attached letter by email to your MP and your Senators by province.

You can also use this list of MPs by province and riding.

When sending the attached letter, we ask that you copy admin@ajc-ajj.com so that we can gauge the level of membership and public support.

Together, we are the AJC and must stand together to ensure that government respects and promotes the protection of Canadians' Charter rights.

Public servants are Canadians too!
