The Call Duty Battle Continues

On May 12, 2015, the AJC's request to file the adjudicator's order with the Federal Court was granted

On April 29, 2015, Treasury Board filed an application for judicial review of the PSLREB decision in relation to the call duty policy grievance in Montreal.
 
This was in response to an adjudicator's declaration that the Department of Justice's mandatory after-hours call duty directive violated the collective agreement.  An unofficial translation of the application for judicial review listing the reasons for the Treasury Board application can be accessed here.

On May 12, 2015, the Association of Justice Counsel's request to file the adjudicator's order with the Federal Court was granted.  

The AJC will consider its next steps in the face of these 2 new developments
