AJC BLOG / Supreme Court Decisions Pave the Way to a Charter Challenge by Bargaining Agents

These decisions bring a solid on which to pursue the Charter challenge that is being launched against Bill C-4

The Association of Justice Counsel has just published a new blog post on its 'I Am the AJC' mobilization campaign blog page.

In this latest blog, AJC President Len MacKay, writes about the two recent Supreme Court of Canada (SCC) judgements that pave the way to a Charter challenge being undertaken by the federal bargaining agents.

These decisions bring a solid base on which to pursue the Charter challenge that is being launched against Bill C-4.  The AJC supports the constitutional challenge being brought in solidarity with all other core public service unions.

*** The AJC Blog page invites comments at the bottom of each blog ***

We also invite you to submit your own blog if you wish.

Together, we are the AJC!
